Mob Wars ROI Calculator

Edit: To all the people who have landed here from google looking for Mob War Cheat Hack Warez !!!1! - Doesn't cheating take the fun out of winning? O_o

I whipped up a quick Excel sheet at work today to help me make the most cost-effective investments in the Facebook Application Mob Wars.

I'll call it the Mob Wars ROI Calculator.

I assume this will be of more use to people who are at levels 20 and below, although as I have not got beyond that level myself, I cannot say with any authority.

Each purchase you make increases the cost of subsequent purchases, so the overall return on investment changes the more you purchase. I found at the time I created it that the Restaurant was the most cost effective purchase; i.e. the property purchase inclusive of the initial investment in land as a ratio to the hourly income generated, which gives the number of hours that a purchase would take to pay for itself and start making money!

Purchases in units of 10 will give the best price, as all ten are purchased at the originally listed price, rather than with a steadily increasing price if purchased as individual units.

After purchasing 20 Empty Lots and 20 Restuarants, however, the prices of each was increased, making the Apartment/City Block the most cost effective. Upon purchasing 20 of those, the Villa/Empty Lot combination became the remaining most cost effective. Then the Office, and so on.

In conclusion, although, apparently, there is an ownership limit of 30 of each kind of property, they lose their relative cost-effectiveness by the time you have bought two lots of ten in most cases.

How would you calculate the chance of winning a fight considering you've no idea how many AK's or miniguns the opponent has?

just use grenade launchers Stuart, and lots of them.

unfortunately you don't take into account increase in prices... a casino will take longer to pump out the money it cost... but once it does it catches up to other investments quickly.... this all coming from a Lvl. 52 player....... peace

theres a probability count for the weapons for fights. you have to consider the medium amount of weps and vehs and all that calc that i dont wanna do. plus this calculation is only for those that arent high enough lvl to buy the expensive buildings. the fastest way to get money is to do more jobs and increase your mob size to at least 30, buying buildings to counteract your upkeep, until you have 21m (which takes less than a week btw), then after youre able to get the the hotel for 20m, everything will start to cruise along. if you guys need help add me on AIM - lonenight64. =)

Great spreadsheet but you don't adjust income for expenses. Could use a minor tweak.

I have a excel file that all you have to do is tell it what you own and it tells you best investment. also you tell it how many weapons you own and it adjusts hourly income

it doesn't matter that much cus you should end up with enough money once you reach lv 40+ you have enough money and the game starts to get boring

@susa09: I agree - I can't be bothered to spend all the money that I have accumulated.

Guys just spend all your money on City, no matter what is ROI, im at level 112 right now and i got 202 of each of properties , income of 150 mil an hour, yes i spend a lot to get there , but now i can run very high upkeep cost once i get to level of high end weapons, and trust me you will need a lot to upkeep an army or 1000 mobster , so the more you buy the better it will pay off in a long run ;) Cheers peps

What the concept of buying property?

Must we buy land to equal Villa, restaurant and hotel to build on?

So must I buy 30 property if I own 30 hotels?
